Planning Phase
Agent relays information to relevant suppliers or event planners who would fit the scope of the event, are available, and are qualified on event date.
Execution
Agentic layer supports event planners in coordinating and communicating with different database suppliers to create event proposal, and come back with quotes and plan specification for client approval.
Event Day
Suppliers and/or event planners come together on day of event, providing services agreed upon and approved by client
